Job Description

A governmentrelated organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist – Research & Development (R&D) to play a key role in driving innovation and advancing research initiatives that support major projects and infrastructure development in the Emirate.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage R&D projects supporting projects and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi
Contribute to strategic R&D planning aligned with organizational goals
Foster innovation by integrating emerging technologies and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Prepare progress reports and provide technical insights to senior management
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Research, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, specifically in R&D initiatives
Strong knowledge of projects and infrastructure within Abu Dhabi
Proven experience in leading research projects and managing resources
Certifications in innovation, creativity, or AI are an advantage
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
