1. JOB PURPOSE:
Support the Value Management Portfolio under the direction of the Manager, Value Management Portfolio Support by coordinating portfolio governance activities, maintaining value tracking and reporting, supporting business case reviews, and enabling benefits realization monitoring across the Group. The role is responsible for providing analytical, financial, and reporting support to help ensure value initiatives are tracked, governed, and aligned with corporate priorities, while contributing to CAPEX and OPEX optimization, productivity improvement, and sustainable value creation.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Support coordination of the Value Management Portfolio by consolidating initiative information, maintaining portfolio records, and ensuring timely submission of governance materials to the Manager, Value Management Portfolio Support and relevant forums.
- Assist in reviewing business cases, financial assumptions, baselines, cost-benefit analyses, and supporting documentation to help ensure completeness, consistency, and quality of portfolio submissions.
- Maintain benefits realization trackers and support monitoring of identified, approved, and realized value across initiatives, highlighting variances, overdue actions, and reporting exceptions.
- Support implementation and consistent application of portfolio governance processes, value tracking methodologies, templates, approval workflows, and validation protocols across the portfolio.
- Prepare periodic portfolio reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and management presentations to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making, governance reviews, and performance discussions.
- Coordinate with Finance, Strategy, Group Companies, and initiative owners to gather data, align assumptions, clarify reporting definitions, and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Track progress of CAPEX and OPEX optimization initiatives and support identification, escalation, and resolution of reporting gaps, risks, issues, and delivery deviations through the Manager, Value Management Portfolio Support.
- Support continuous improvement of portfolio tools, trackers, reporting formats, data quality controls, and documentation practices to enhance transparency, consistency, and auditability.
- Provide analytical support for value-based KPIs, productivity metrics, performance insights, and portfolio trend analysis to help assess initiative impact and inform management discussions.
- Support the Manager, Value Management Portfolio Support in governance meetings, assurance activities, stakeholder engagement, action tracking, and ad hoc analyses related to the Value Management Portfolio.

- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Reports
- Provide inputs to prepare MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bacheloru2019s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum Experience & Knowledge
- 10 yearsu2019 of relevant experience in portfolio coordination, performance management, corporate finance, business planning, value management, consulting, or business transformation.
- Experience in reviewing business cases, validating financial assumptions, supporting benefits realization tracking, and preparing materials for governance or management review forums.
- Proven experience in preparing reports, dashboards, KPI packs, portfolio analyses, and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders such as Finance, Strategy, Operations, Procurement, and Transformation teams to collect data, align assumptions, and track performance.
- Experience in large, complex, and matrixed organizations, preferably within energy, industrial, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive sectors, is preferred.
- SKILLS
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to review business cases, assess value drivers, interpret performance metrics, and identify variances or risks.
- Good understanding of portfolio governance, benefits realization, KPI development, performance tracking, and management reporting principles.
- Strong capability in financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools to support structured analysis and presentation of insights.
- Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills with the ability to work across functions, follow up on actions, and support alignment on reporting requirements.
- Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, priorities, and reporting cycles in a structured manner.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving capability, professional judgment, and commitment to data accuracy, governance discipline, and continuous improvement
Professional Certifications
- Professional certification or postgraduate qualification such as MBA, CFA, CMA, ACCA, PMP, or equivalent is preferred.
