Senior Stakeholder and Communications Manager

The project:

This is an opportunity to be part of high-profile projects for mixed used, commercial and residential development, including Infrastructure in Abu Dhabi.

You'll be responsible for:

• Oversees delivery of Stakeholder Management services and provides leadership within the assigned Hub.
• Designs and implement stakeholder management strategies for assigned commissions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitates structured governance meetings, periodic reporting, and risk management processes.
• Ensure all activities meet client requirements, Mace Control Centre standards, and relevant regulations.
• Provides line management, mentoring, and career development for junior staff.
• Leads functional integration and supports recruitment for commissions.
• Collaborates on net-zero carbon initiatives, managing emissions during project delivery.

You'll need to have:

• Experience (or equivalent) supporting the delivery of a Stakeholder & Communications services within the construction sector and/or management consultancy.
• Progress towards achievement of Chartered status (or equivalent) and/or membership of professional a relevant professional institution e.g. Association of Project Managers.
