Job Description

We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in UAE and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Stakeholder Manager to be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement and supporting project delivery across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role focuses on driving stakeholder strategy, supporting decision-making, and ensuring alignment between developer objectives, project requirements, and regulatory frameworks across all relevant regulatory environments.

Qualifications and professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications is considered an advantage
  • Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in stakeholder or project management within complex project environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder environments within large-scale developments
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder management practices, governance structures, and regulatory processes
  • Proven ability to manage high-level relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders
  • Strong experience in permitting processes and regulatory coordination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural awareness
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure, real estate, or mega development projects
  • Strong track record in managing government authorities, regulatory processes, and approvals
  • Experience working within PMC or developer-led environments is essential
  • Experience in GCC environments, preferably in Abu Dhabi, is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to operate across cross-border environments and manage senior stakeholders
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, or equivalent) are preferred; additional certifications (e.g., FIDIC) are an advantage
