Senior Steel Structural Designer +6

ECO MISR is looking for an experienced Steel Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Alexandria, Egypt.

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in structural analysis and design.
• Strong hands-on experience in structural steel design.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, particularly SAP2000 and IDEA StatiCa.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

Candidates with less than 6 years of relevant structural design experience will not be considered.

This is a full-time position for a Steel Structural Design Engineer at ECO MISR, based in Alexandria, Egypt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, and technical development of structural steel projects, including industrial and commercial buildings and other steel structures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Structural analysis and design of steel structures.
• Preparation and review of structural calculations.
• Development and review of structural design drawings.
• Design of steel members, connections, and structural systems.
• Review of structural design requirements and applicable codes and standards.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Experience in the design of industrial facilities, warehouses, factories, and commercial buildings.
• Experience with Revit and/or BIM.
