We are looking for an experienced Senior Storekeeper to join our team and support largescale EPC projects in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in warehouse management, materials control, and projectbased logistics, ensuring that all construction and engineering operations run efficiently and safely.

Your Role

As a Senior Storekeeper, you will manage, oversee, and coordinate the storage, handling, and distribution of materials and equipment in alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Storekeeper ensures optimal inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with safety and quality standards to support multiple projects across various clusters.

• Oversee daily warehouse and storage operations for EPC project materials
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper documentation and traceability
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams for timely material issuance
• Implement and enforce inventory/warehouse procedures in line with project and HSE standards
• Conduct regular stock inspections, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials, including hazardous goods
• Manage receiving, handling, and dispatching of materials to support project timelines
• Lead and mentor warehouse/storekeeping personnel
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits as required

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in oil and gas or similar industries is highly preferred.

Education:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or Inventory Control (e.g., APICS, CPIM, or CSCP).
• HSE training certification relevant to warehousing and material handling.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and practices for storage and material handling.
