Requirements
10–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, think tanks, executive offices, or innovation units, ideally at Junior Partner or Partner level in a leading consulting firm
Highly proactive and hands-on, with a proven ability to drive both strategic direction and on-the-ground execution
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experienced in leading complex, cross-sector initiatives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
Outcome-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving situations
