Senior Strategy Advisor - Government - Junior Partner/Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and oversight of strategic initiatives aligned with Abu Dhabi's leadership priorities
• Guide high-level research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors
• Shape and drive the delivery of transformative, multidisciplinary projects from concept to execution
• Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating vision into implementable strategies
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Co-create innovative solutions in partnership with design studios and subject-matter experts

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in strategy consulting, think tanks, executive offices, or innovation units, ideally at Junior Partner or Partner level in a leading consulting firm
• Highly proactive and hands-on, with a proven ability to drive both strategic direction and on-the-ground execution
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experienced in leading complex, cross-sector initiatives in fast-paced, high-performance environments
• Outcome-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving situations
