Our Client, a high level government entity, is looking for a Senior Analyst to support strategic and operational projects by providing high-quality analyses and policy briefs for senior stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the success of key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership : Lead coordination of project workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Act as an interim project manager when needed.
- Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on regional/global trends, particularly in higher education, to inform strategic priorities and produce high-quality policy briefs.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and consultants to advance initiatives and ensure alignment with agreements.
- Policy Development : Develop management consulting-style presentations, frameworks, and strategic narratives for executive audiences.
- Team Leadership : Mentor junior team members and provide guidance during project execution.
- Risk Management : Monitor budgets, identify delivery risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Knowledge Management : Maintain institutional databases, handbooks, and resources for seamless access and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Public Policy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years in strategic advisory, management consulting, public sector, or multilateral organizations.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of higher education trends or policy development.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint storyboarding/structuring, Excel analysis).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Advanced time management, organizational rigor, and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex concepts into clear frameworks for diverse audiences.
