Senior Strategy Analyst

We are hiring a Senior Strategy Analyst to support strategic decision-making by conducting visibility studies, evaluating business opportunities, and assessing strategic alternatives. The role will analyze market, business, financial, and external information to identify growth opportunities, risks, and implications. The candidate will develop structured analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support the Strategy Office and senior management. The role will also contribute to strategy development, strategic planning, and the prioritization of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visibility studies to assess business opportunities, markets, strategic initiatives, and growth directions.
• Define study scope, objectives, key questions, and analytical frameworks in alignment with the Strategy Office.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business, market, financial, and external information.
• Assess the attractiveness, feasibility, strategic alignment, and potential business impact of opportunities and alternatives.
• Evaluate strategic scenarios, including implications for growth, profitability, investment requirements, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop structured analyses, business cases, scenarios, and strategic recommendations.
• Prepare visibility study reports, executive presentations, and recommendation papers for management.
• Support strategic planning, business reviews, initiative prioritization, and ad-hoc strategic studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate planning, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business questions.
• Good financial acumen and understanding of key business and P&L drivers.
• Experience developing business cases, scenarios, strategic assessments, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong research, data analysis, and business information-gathering capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clear conclusions and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
