* Lead strategic analyses related to the Abu Dhabi campus, identifying opportunities for growth and impact.

* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the prestigious academic institution and its Abu Dhabi campus.

* Build and maintain effective relationships with UAE government and private sector entities, and relevant international organisations.

* Maintain a deep understanding of global higher education trends.

* Effectively manage and develop the strategy team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (essential); MBA/PhD (advantageous).

* 20+ years related experience, with 10+ years in senior management.

* Preference given to candidates who possess strong mix of international management consulting experience, combined with extensive professional exposure and/or personal interest in the higher education sector.

* Proven success managing relationships with senior government stakeholders.

* Experience and interest in the geopolitics of the Gulf and MENA regions.
