We are currently looking for a highly analytical and client-focused Strategy Management Consultant / Project Manager to support the update and execution of the Riyadh Life strategy programme.
This role will play a key part in shaping strategic initiatives, driving delivery execution, and managing stakeholder engagement across a high-profile transformation programme. The successful candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with excellent project management and consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the update and refinement of the Riyadh Life strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and long-term vision.
- Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of strategic initiatives and transformation workstreams.
- Conduct detailed analysis, research, and strategic assessments to support decision-making and programme direction.
- Develop high-quality executive presentations, reports, and strategy materials for senior stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, planning, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support workshops, steering committees, and executive meetings through effective facilitation and presentation skills.
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting programme success.
Requirements
- Proven experience within strategy consulting, management consulting, or transformation project environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience managing strategy or transformation projects from planning through execution.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Strong PowerPoint and slide production skills, with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
- Solid project management and coordination experience within consulting or corporate environments.
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Background
- Previous experience within a consulting firm or strategy advisory environment is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting government, smart city, urban development, or public sector strategy initiatives would be advantageous.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus.
