Role Summary

The Senior Structural BIM Engineer is responsible for leading and managing structural BIM activities across projects, ensuring accurate and coordinated BIM models, drawings, and deliverables. The role involves coordinating with structural, architectural, and MEP teams, supporting BIM standards and workflows, reviewing technical outputs, and providing guidance to BIM engineers and modelers to ensure project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage structural BIM models and ensure they meet project requirements.
• Create and review structural models and drawings using Revit.
• Coordinate structural models with Architectural and MEP teams.
• Identify and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other project teams.
• Support and guide BIM Engineers and Modelers.
• Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure BIM deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain proper model organization and documentation.
• Support the improvement of BIM processes and workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering.
• 7+ years of relevant structural/BIM experience.
• Strong experience in Structural BIM.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit Structure.
• Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
• Good understanding of structural drawings and construction.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 is an advantage.
