Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of structural design and supervision experience, with a proven track record in delivering concrete and steel structural designs.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid Trakhees Grey Card license along with either a Dubai Municipality G+12 or DM Unlimited Building Design License.
Proficient in structural design software such as TEKLA, STAAD, ETABS, and SAFE or equivalent, with the ability to critique and verify design outputs.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in report writing and presenting complex technical information to stakeholders.
