Role Description

We areseeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage structural design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Perform advanced structural analysis and design in compliance with local and international codes
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and other disciplines
• Review drawings, calculations, and technical reports
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Liaise with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders

Required Software Expertise (Mandatory):

• ETABS
• SAFE
• PROKON
• SAP2000
• STAAD Pro
• AutoCAD
• Excel
• Revit

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 812 years of relevant structural design experience
• Strong experience with UAE projects and local authority requirements
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills
