Senior Structural Engineer
Location: Egypt | Experience: 7+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Design Department and provide technical leadership for structural engineering projects, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant designs and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide technical direction to the Structural Design team across multiple projects.
- Review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings, BIM models, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable design codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and design quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, design reviews, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective design solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing design standards, mentoring team members, and promoting technical excellence.
- Manage team resources and ensure efficient allocation to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Strong expertise in structural analysis, design codes, and engineering standards.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
