The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Senior Structural Engineer with solid experience in
high-rise concrete structures to join our Structure Department.

What You'll Do
- Prepare structural drawings and identify discrepancies, proposing effective solutions in coordination with the architecture and electromechanical teams.
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors work progress, productivity, and quality of materials used.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety across all project sites.
- Coordination with client on weekly base to align on progress and receive requests and modifications
- Prepare and submit technical and progress reports to management.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in high-rise buildings.
- Strong understanding of American standards (ACI 318, ASCE 7).
- Proficiency in Revit, SAP, ETABS, and SAFE.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
