Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Jeddah for a major project. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with engineering consultancy firms and a solid background in design review, coordination, and site supervision.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate structural designs, drawings, and calculations in compliance with project specifications and international standards
- Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved drawings and quality standards
- Provide technical support and resolve structural-related issues on site
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide expert structural input
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in structural engineering
- Mandatory experience working with engineering consultants (PMC/Design Consultancy)
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure/building projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
