The project:

This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering an ultra-luxury residential and hospitality project with significant civils and infrastructure scope, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure, landscape and built assets, delivered rapidly through Mace as a hands-on Project Management Consultant with FIDIC Engineer responsibility. You'll be responsible for:

  • Structuring, transforming and maintaining the programme data layer ensuring all inputs from schedule, cost, progress and risk are integrated into a consistent, controlled and scalable dataset for reporting and analysis.
  • Primarily accountable for how programme data is structured and processed, alongside supporting one or more scope areas with reporting adherence.
  • Defining and maintaining structured data models across programme datasets.
  • Building and maintaining controlled data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
  • Integrating multiple data sources into a single consistent and construction coherent dataset.
  • Ensuring scalability, performance and integrity of the reporting data layer.
  • Monitoring data-driven KPIs as set by the PMO and Mace Leadership.
  • Providing ad hoc data-driven resources for project team leadership and answering urgent client questions.

You'll need to have:

  • Degree in related field, required for immigration and client approval.
  • Relevant experience within construction, planning or project controls on major programmes.
  • Strong experience in data engineer, data modelling and data transformation roles.
  • Strong experience in structured datasets, with advanced Excel and Power Query capabilities. Familiarity with Power BI is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with construction data-sets such as schedule, cost and risk data.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
