Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Student Counsellor to join our Riyadh office. The successful candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing university applications, supporting junior counsellors, and driving student recruitment for UK Universities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional counselling to students regarding UK university and course options.
  • Guide students through the full admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Review applications, supporting documents, and personal statements.
  • Support students with application submissions and admission follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner universities and internal admissions teams.
  • Lead consultations through walk-ins, phone calls, social media, and events.
  • Achieve monthly recruitment and enrolment targets.
  • Mentor and support junior counsellors within the office.
  • Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in UK/other destinations university admissions or international student recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and other study destinations higher education and admissions processes.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and counselling skills.
  • Ability to convert enquiries into successful enrolments.
  • Experience handling IELTS, academic documents, and personal statements.
  • Strong organisational and team management abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic speaking skills are highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
