Stay updated on fashion trends and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of fashion principles to train and develop the team%27s fashion expertise and product/brand knowledge. |
Utilize product knowledge tools and available in-store technology to share product features, benefits, and trends with customers, providing the necessary tools for the sales team to deliver an elevated shopping experience through building connections and creating personalized styling experiences. |
Utilize brand resources and organize regular fitting sessions and training workshops to enhance the team%27s sales and styling skills. Lead new styling initiatives and directions in-store to generate new business. |
Provide feedback to brand management based on customer requests, tastes, and preferences. |
Organize, plan, guide, and execute all store events and activations to cultivate customer relationships and boost sales. |
Accept product repairs and maintain consistent follow-up with clients regarding their products, services, repairs, and alterations. |
Bachelor&rsquos degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling or a related field |
5 years of experience in fashion retail and customer service |
Proficiency in MS Office |
Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus. |
