Senior supervisor Application Developer ( AI & .NET )

About the Role

Lead software development projects from planning to production, design and maintain scalable software architecture, supervise and mentor the development team, ensure code quality and best practices, oversee AI/LLM integration, manage CI/CD pipelines and system performance, and collaborate with business stakeholders while driving continuous improvement and technology innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of React or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
