Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer Engineer (.NET & AI) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies, with a strong focus on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into business solutions. Day-to-day tasks include supervising development teams, writing and reviewing clean, efficient code, designing scalable application architectures, and integrating front-end components and databases. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring seamless system integration, optimizing performance, and maintaining secure, reliable applications. The Senior Supervisor will mentor team members, oversee code quality and best practices, participate in project planning, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Software Development and Programming, preferably with .NET technologies and AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with enterprise applications.
• Practical knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for building user interfaces.
• Experience with Integration of systems, APIs, and services to ensure robust, scalable, and secure application ecosystems.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising development teams, with the ability to coach and mentor engineers.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work on complex technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in .NET, cloud, or AI are
