Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer (.NET and AI) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This role oversees a team of developers, sets technical direction, and ensures high-quality delivery of .NET-based solutions integrated with AI components and services. Daily tasks include reviewing technical requirements, architecting solutions, coding and code review, managing integrations with databases and external systems, and optimizing application performance. The role also involves collaborating with business stakeholders, IT operations, and project managers to align development efforts with business objectives and timelines. The Senior Supervisor is expected to mentor team members, promote best practices in secure and scalable software engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Development and Programming, with extensive experience in .NET technologies and AI-driven applications.
• Experience working with Databases, including designing schemas, writing optimized queries, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and understanding of UI/UX principles for web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Integration, including APIs, microservices, and connecting applications to third-party and internal systems.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in application development, including team management and technical decision-making.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, security, and scalability in enterprise environments.
• Experience with agile or hybrid project methodologies and collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
