Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Development (.NET and AI) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications using .NET technologies and AI-driven solutions. This role leads and mentors development teams, sets technical direction, reviews code, and ensures adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements. The Senior Supervisor collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT management to translate requirements into scalable architectures, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts. Daily responsibilities include guiding solution design, prioritizing backlog items, managing integrations with databases and other systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvement in development processes and tools. The role also involves evaluating new AI and automation capabilities, contributing to technology roadmaps, and supporting knowledge sharing and talent development within the team.
Qualifications

• Strong Software Development skills, including experience with .NET frameworks, AI/ML integration, and building scalable, secure enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in IT Management practices, such as team leadership, resource planning, governance, and alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
• Demonstrated Project Management capabilities in planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Hands-on expertise with Databases, including design, optimization, and integration of relational and/or NoSQL databases in enterprise environments.
• Advanced Programming skills, with solid knowledge of C# and related technologies, and familiarity with AI-related tools, frameworks, and APIs.
