Role Description The Senior Supervisor – Application (.NET & AI tools experience) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of internal and client-facing applications built using .NET technologies and integrated with AI tools. The Senior Supervisor leads and mentors a team of software professionals, assigns tasks, reviews code, and ensures adherence to best practices and organizational standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, planning and tracking projects, managing distributed systems, and ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable application architecture. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance and incidents, and driving continuous improvement in development processes, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Software Design, preferably with advanced experience in .NET technologies and AI tools integration.
• Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and guiding technical teams toward shared objectives.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, estimation, risk management, and delivery of complex application initiatives.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Distributed Systems, including designing scalable architectures, managing microservices, and ensuring system reliability.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field are highly beneficial.
• Additional beneficial skills include experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
• Experience in BPO or large-scale enterprise environments and familiarity with industry compliance and security standards is an advantage.
