Job Description

Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Senior Supervisor E&I for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

The candidates should have Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline from accredited university.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading and supervising all Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance activities on offshore oil and gas facilities, including production platforms, FPSOs, offshore processing facilities, and drilling units
Ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical power systems, instrumentation, control systems, and safety-critical equipment while maintaining compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Lead and supervise Electrical and Instrumentation technicians, supervisors, and contractors.
Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum availability and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Review, prioritize, and approve maintenance work orders.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment performance.
Participate in offshore shutdown planning and execution.
Develop E&I work scopes and resource requirements.
Coordinate vendors and specialist contractors.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance and upgrade activities.
Ensure compliance with offshore HSE policies and procedures.
Enforce Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and risk assessments.
Verify electrical isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Support reliability improvement initiatives.
Investigate equipment failures and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
Implement predictive maintenance strategies.
Lead and mentor E&I maintenance personnel.
Conduct competency assessments and performance reviews.
Develop training plans for technicians and supervisors.

Experience Required

Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years significant in offshore project.
Proven experience managing shutdowns and major maintenance campaigns.
Experience with safety-critical systems and process control systems.
Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
