Senior Supply Chain Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, logistics, material management, commercial activities, and subcontracting across major EPC/EPCM projects in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, expediting, logistics, materials management, commercial management, and subcontract administration.
• Develop and implement supply chain, procurement, and subcontracting strategies aligned with project and business objectives.
• Manage major equipment, bulk material, and subcontract procurement from sourcing through award and delivery.
• Oversee supplier performance, expediting, logistics, customs, warehousing, and material availability.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract risk management, claims, variations, and subcontract administration.
• Establish governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and supplier development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, or Subcontract Management roles.
• Strong EPC/EPCM, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial project experience.
• Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, commercial management, and subcontract administration for large-scale projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities.
• CIPS or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
