📢 We Are Hiring – Senior Supply Chain Specialist

Tam's Shoemaker is seeking to hire a Senior Supply Chain Specialist with solid experience in supply chain management and operations to join our growing team.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain plans to ensure availability of raw materials and finished products.

Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and branches to maintain optimal stock levels.

Manage and coordinate shipping and distribution between the factory and branches.

Negotiate and collaborate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best terms and conditions.

Optimize supply chain cycle and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.

Prepare regular reports on stock movement and supply chain performance.

🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.

Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.

Very good command of English language.
