Creating Purchase order based on the requirements.
Analyze and evaluate the supply plan to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.
Improve supply cycle to help cash flow and manage warehouse space.
Coordinate closely with purchasing department on supply plan to avoid stock outs and loss of sales thereof.
Provide inventory report from time to time highlighting slow or non-moving inventory items.
Process orders through the ERP system from inquiry to order completion.
Manage the flow of inventory and make sure products are properly shipped to customers.
Communicate with commercial team in case of products supply risk or shortage.
