Responsibilities:
- Oversee all system administration activities across production and DR environments.
- Implement automation scripts for server provisioning and patching.
- Manage virtualization infrastructure and ensure operational stability.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to maintain compliance and hardening baselines.
- Provide mentorship to junior administrators and ensure documentation accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 68 years in systems administration with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premise systems.
Technical Skills:
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, A.D,ADFS, DNS,DHCP , etc.
- VMware vCenter, vSphere administration
- PowerShell / Bash scripting
- Backup & Recovery configuration
- Monitoring and alerting tools (solarwinds,Riverbed).
- SCCM management and operation.
Experience:
68 years of progressive experience managing enterprise-level environments.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
- VMware VCP-DCV
- ITIL 4 Foundation
