We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and technically skilled SeniorSystem Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows administration, networking, and security systems. The role requires someone who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and quickly resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain servers, Active Directory, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Configure and administer Fortigate Firewalls, Cisco routers, and switches.
- Handle Veem backup solutions, including scheduling, monitoring, and recovery.
- Manage and troubleshoot VOIP systems and related telephony infrastructure.
- Administer and maintain IP surveillance Cameras systems.
- Perform Windows Server and workstation administration, including troubleshooting PCs and network endpoints.
- Monitor system and network performance and proactively resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, update, and patch operating systems and business applications.
- Ensure data security, system backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.
- Provide technical support to internal users and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and IT asset records.
Requirements (Must Have):
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Veem Backup, Active Directory, and Windows Administration.
- Solid experience in Firewalls configuration, especially Fortigate.
- Good knowledge of Cisco networking – able to configure routers and switches.
- Experience with VOIP systems and telephony troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in Cameras administration (IP surveillance systems).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve PC, network endpoints, and connectivity issues independently.
Nice to Have:
- Linux administration experience.
- Advanced knowledge of VOIP systems, including deploying IPBX.
