Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise identity services, including Active Directory design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and enforce IAM structures and access governance aligned with security best practices and least-privilege.
- Design and support multi-cloud infrastructure architectures across cloud platforms.
- Build and maintain automation to improve stability, speed, and operational efficiency using PowerShell, Terraform, or Python.
- Support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment and operational support.
- Monitor system health and performance, take proactive actions, and participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture/design documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple infrastructure domains and drive root-cause resolution.
- Support IT audit and compliance requirements through evidence preparation, control implementation, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 68 years of experience in system administration, cloud engineering, or related roles.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (based on scope and hands-on experience).
- Saudi nationality is preferred.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Strong experience managing Active Directory (design, optimization, troubleshooting) and identity/IAM structure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience managing IAM frameworks across cloud platforms (roles, policies, least privilege).
- Ability to develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, or Python.
Experience in multi-cloud architecture/design.
