About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sr L3 System Administrator to manage hybrid server operations across on-premises and cloud platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Windows/Linux administration, Azure cloud, and enterprise-level troubleshooting.
Position: Senior L3 System Administrator
Duration: 2 years (extendable)
Location: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)

Notice Period: Less than 1 month

Responsibilities:
- Manage hybrid server operations across on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Lead patching, OS lifecycle, and compliance enforcement.
- Coordinate DR drills, HA testing, and OS migrations.
- Perform performance diagnostics, kernel and Windows internals troubleshooting.
- Support Active Directory automation and scripting (PowerShell/Shell).
- Administer Azure networking, VMs, AKS clusters, and container platforms.
- Ensure system availability, security, and compliance with ITIL processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Required Skills:
- 810 years of experience in enterprise system administration.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Linux (preferred).
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure.
- Azure Certified Architect MANDATORY.
- Hands-on with PowerShell/Shell scripting for automation.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Microsoft: AZ-104, AZ-305 (optional)
- VMware: VCP-DCV, Advanced VMware (optional)
- Containers: CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
- ITIL 4 Foundation
