Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage on-premise server infrastructure.
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Manage backup and recovery systems (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).
Handle email server management (Microsoft Exchange on-prem).
Perform system monitoring, patching, and hardening to ensure optimal performance and security.
Lead incident response and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and manage IT assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to support IT projects and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company and industry IT standards and policies.
Technical Skills Required
Operating Systems: Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022); Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu intermediate level).
Virtualization: VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper-V.
Monitoring Tools: Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios.
Scripting: PowerShell and Bash.
ITSM Tools: Familiarity with ServiceNow or ManageEngine.
