Configure and enhance enterprise applications or systems through controlled change and release management processes to maintain operational stability and minimize risk
Administer role-based access controls and security configurations in alignment with compliance policies to protect system integrity and safeguard organizational data
Monitor performance and capacity of enterprise applications or systems utilizing defined service level metrics and diagnostic tools to sustain availability and support business continuity
Coordinate incident and problem resolution by supporting root cause analysis and corrective action planning to reduce recurrence and improve the reliability of enterprise applications or systems
Support testing and production releases by applying approved deployment controls and configuration standards to maintain release integrity
Review and maintain technical documentation of enterprise applications or systems configurations and architecture components, and validate user guides to ensure alignment with internal standards and audit requirements
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance with established controls

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
