Job Summary: .

The resource must be fully competent in designing, configuring, securing, administering, integrating, monitoring, and troubleshooting both on‑premises and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

Must Haves:

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support

Microsoft Technologies

Windows Server (Installation, Configuration, Clustering, Hardening)

Active Directory, GPO Management

Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid)

Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview)

Microsoft Azure & Entra ID

System Center Suite (SCCM, SCOM)

Incident & Problem Management

Backup & Recovery

Projects & Documentation

Infrastructure & Hardware
