The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction and onboarding of top-tier talent in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include designing recruitment strategies, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and providing an outstanding candidate experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will collaborate with team leads to assess staffing needs and ensure alignment with company goals while supporting overall employee growth and development.

• Expertise in Talent Acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment strategy development
• Experience conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the skills required for success in various roles
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet recruitment goals within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications in HR are a plus)
