Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience Chemical industry from 5-7 Years
Role Purpose
Lead the end-to-end talent agenda from recruitment to development ensuring the company attracts, grows, and retains high-caliber technical and leadership talent that drives performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development:
Design and implement annual training and capability-building plans. Create functional and leadership learning programs.
Track training ROI and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Performance & Succession: Manage performance appraisal processes and career development plans.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Engagement & Culture:
Promote a performance-driven, collaborative culture through recognition and engagement programs. Support change and communication initiatives that strengthen company values.
HR Systems & Analytics:
Maintain talent data and dashboards (recruitment, training, turnover). Provide insights to management on workforce capability and retention trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred). 5-8 years of HR or L&D experience in chemical, FMCG, or industrial sectors. Strong facilitation, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
