Conduct comprehensive screening, interviews, and selection processes for candidates across all levels, from entry-level to managerial, ensuring the right fit for each position.
Handle all administrative arrangements for candidates attending interviews, including sending calendar invitations to both hiring managers and candidates (for back-office roles), organizing relevant assessments (based on the role), and managing any additional logistical requirements to ensure a smooth interview process.
Conduct reference checks and necessary pre-employment verifications to validate the information provided by candidates.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates for back-office roles, tracking all received CVs and applications from various recruitment sources (social media, email, walk-ins, etc.), and ensuring accurate records of candidates who have been interviewed, hired, or rejected.
Oversee the employment process for back-office candidates and business department managers. This includes contacting candidates to inform them of the hiring decision and offer, preparing and sending offer letters, required hiring documents, and job descriptions once the offer is accepted, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
Manage the hiring process for business staff and field teams, including informing candidates of the decision and offer via phone, sending them a list of required hiring documents, setting a joining date, and updating the business pipeline with the confirmed joining details. Ensure compliance with the company's policies and regulations throughout.
Facilitate internal communication for newly hired employees, including managing laptop and email requests and workspace allocations to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Develop and implement external recruitment methods, including headhunting, partnerships with recruitment agencies, leveraging job websites, LinkedIn, and attending employment fairs, to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Oversee the internal transfer process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews with hiring managers, and informing both the employee and their manager of the decision. Coordinate the transfer start date with the employee's manager and ensure compliance with internal policies and signature approval procedures.
Maintain regular contact with jobholders and line managers to ensure job descriptions remain accurate and up-to-date.
Draft and submit job descriptions for review and approval by jobholders and line managers, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably including senior-level hiring.
Proven track record in filling strategic, managerial, or hard-to-fill roles.
Strong experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced sourcing tools.
Experience in employer branding, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
Exposure to HR metrics and recruitment analytics.
