We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading government entity in Riyadh. The role requires a professional who can manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently, utilize advanced recruitment tools, and produce detailed analytical reports to support strategic hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Utilize recruitment platforms effectively to source and attract qualified talent
- Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and analytics reports
- Manage and analyze data using advanced Excel skills
- Operate and update recruitment workflows using SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure a high standard of communication and reporting in professional English
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is essential
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience within a government or semi-government environment is preferred
