Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Heliopolis. The individual will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, effectively managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. They will craft compelling employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, and collaborate with teams to identify and attract top-tier talent. The Specialist will play a key role in ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth by building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
• Strong skills in Hiring and Employer Branding, with a focus on promoting a positive organizational reputation
• Experience with Interviewing and assessing candidates to identify ideal fits for roles
• Expertise in Recruiting techniques and maintaining a robust talent pipeline
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in talent acquisition within the medical or wellness industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
