Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our construction company's hiring needs both locally and overseas.

You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet project and organizational goals across diverse locations. This role focuses on optimizing recruitment processes, delivering insightful reporting, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract the best talent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, & job offering for construction & project-based roles locally & overseas.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics to track operational hiring metrics & support decision-making.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly across all locations.
• Continuously improve recruitment practices to enhance candidate quality and time-to-fill.
• Ensure compliance with company policies & requirements throughout the hiring process locally and overseas.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives tailored to diverse talent pools.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (6+ years) in talent acquisition, preferably in the construction, engineering, or related industries with local and overseas recruitment exposure.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and job offer negotiation.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Excel, recruitment analytics tools, & Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
