About the Company:
The MEMF Co. is the KFB Group's flagship company. It is located over a sprawling 15,000 square meter campus in the heart of the New Industrial City of Riyadh. The factory contains state-of-the-art equipment capable of manufacturing high accuracy measuring and protection equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Develop and maintain effective sourcing channels (job portals, agencies, universities, etc.).
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right talent fit.
- Handle offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.
- Support mass hiring campaigns and Saudization initiatives.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and local hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems (ATS/HRMS).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines efficiently.
