We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive HR (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels of the organization. Our client has a legacy of the oldest family-run conglomerate, with their business including manufacturing, food and beverage, real estate, distribution, and solutions providers in the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Oman.
About the Role:
This role combines hands-on sourcing and candidate management with collaboration with external recruitment partners. As a key talent partner, you will identify top talent, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and ensure recruitment aligns with business needs and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and growth plans.
- Conduct talent mapping and maintain pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support Emiratization initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Lead recruitment for all entities according to annual hiring plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers for timely, data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Coordinate structured interviews and candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with HR teams for smooth onboarding and candidate handover.
- Manage domestic worker hiring as required.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and feedback.
- Evaluate agency performance, recommend renewals or changes, and monitor candidate conversions.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and online campaigns.
- Promote company values, culture, and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) throughout recruitment.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in ATS/HR systems.
- Prepare hiring recommendations and employment offers in coordination with managers.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance, fairness, diversity, and confidentiality.
- Conduct and record reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
Talent Outreach & Events
- Build strong relationships with universities, student organizations, and early talent programs.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Support internships, graduate programs, and early talent hiring campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including in-house and agency environments.
- Certifications like HRCI CTAP are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across diverse functions.
- Proficient in ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox).
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies, labor laws, and offer structuring.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Passionate about candidate experience, talent branding, and company culture.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time office-based role with remote work options per company policy.
- Occasional travel within the UAE across group entities.
Salary: up to AED 12,000 + Standard Benefits
