Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across various departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop clear and compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and engage with candidates using various platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and enhance our employer brand.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and enhancing team capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
