Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Provident Real Estate is one of Dubai's leading real estate brokerages, built on professionalism, innovation, and exceptional client service. We are expanding our team and are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and recruit the best real estate professionals in the market.

This is not a traditional recruitment role. We are looking for someone who can identify, engage, and secure top-performing talent while building long-term relationships across the Dubai real estate industry.

• Proactively headhunt experienced real estate brokers, managers, and industry professionals.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, social media, networking events, referrals, and industry connections to source talent.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates experience, performance, professionalism, and cultural fit.
• Present Provident's value proposition and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with management and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates, even if they are not immediately available.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS.
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve sourcing and hiring performance.

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (real estate recruitment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to identify and attract high-performing professionals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interviewing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
