Job Description

Job Purpose

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for different roles within the real estate sector, including commercial, sales, marketing, administration, finance, legal, operations, and branch-related positions.

The role aims to ensure the company attracts, screens, and hires qualified candidates who can support business growth, operational stability, and organizational expansion. The position also requires strong use of recruitment systems, accurate reporting, recruitment dashboards, and data analysis to support better hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from receiving hiring requests to job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding handover.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for different business functions, including commercial, sales, marketing, administration, finance, legal, operations, and support roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and business-critical positions.
  • Conduct phone screening and HR interviews to assess experience, communication skills, stability, culture fit, job readiness, and overall suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback, approvals, offers, and joining dates.
  • Use the ATS to manage candidates, update recruitment stages, track hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment reports covering open vacancies, pipeline status, interviews, offers, accepted candidates, pending feedback, and hiring challenges.
  • Develop recruitment dashboards and basic analysis to track hiring performance, time to hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and vacancy progress.
  • Support employer branding activities by improving job posts, candidate communication, and recruitment channels.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Previous experience in real estate, brokerage, property development, is a MUST.
  • Good experience in managing end-to-end recruitment for different functions and levels.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS platforms to manage recruitment pipelines and candidate data.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, job boards, and social media recruitment.
  • Strong ability to prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring analysis.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, reporting, and negotiation skills.
