Implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes.
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
Coordinate with the IT department in finalizing the process of hiring (Laptop, SIM card, mobile, etc).
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Conduct exit interviews.
Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
Organizes and/or attends career fairs, assessment centers, or other events.
Support with Comp. & Ben. department on the salary survey process.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business / Human Resources.
(4-6) years of experience in recruitment
Previous experience in Blue and white collars.
English Proficiency: Very Good (Read, Written, and Spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint ).
