Job Description:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support).
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for all key positions, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment as a continuous, ongoing process, not only in response to immediate hiring requests.
  • Conduct recruitment analysis by tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate).
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and insights.
  • Use recruitment data to identify gaps, improve sourcing strategies, and optimize hiring processes.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Financial experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing, pipeline management, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and ATS platforms.
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
