Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage talent and content creators across various platforms.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with talent, understanding their goals and aspirations to tailor strategic career guidance
• Collaborate with brands and agencies to secure sponsorships, endorsements, and partnership deals for talent
• Provide insights and guidance on content trends, helping talent optimize their presence and engagement across platforms
• Lead contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms for both talent and the agency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, preferably within the digital or entertainment sectors
• Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, influencer marketing, and social media platforms
• Extensive network within the digital media industry, with a knack for building lasting professional relationships
